Although things are looking up, we still have a COVID safe working enviroment for the safty of both our team and guests.

At our SW11 venue, as of April 12th to May 17th we will be taking bookings for up to six outdoors only. For all outdoor bookings, last orders will be 10pm. We have limited heaters so we advise booking. Although a warm space can’t be guaranteed, we do provide cosy blankets.

Both Archer Street Soho and SW11, from May 17th to June 21st, we will be taking bookings of up to six indoors and up to thirty guests outdoors. For our professionals, singing will resume as normal, however although we appreciate your enthusiasm, we ask that you remain seated throughout your booking. We also ask you wear a mask anytime you are not seated.*

The safety of our guests and team is of the upmost importance to us and as excited as we are to open our doors again, we are following government guidelines to ensure we do so in the safest way possible. We want to ensure you feel at ease when booking with us and comfortable during your experience, so please see below for the following measures that we have introduced at Archer Street.

Our Team

We will ensure wellness checks are completed daily for all team members and anyone displaying symptoms of COVID -19 will be excluded from the workplace. All our employees have been trained in the correct way for thorough and effective hand washing, as well as being asked to have their temperature checked on arrival. Shift patterns have been designed in a way so our team can travel outside of peak hours on public transport, alternatively, we are encouraging walking or cycling to work where it is possible to do so.

Our Venue

We have completed and documented a full risk assessment to demonstrate that we have looked at all COVID -19 hazards within the business and have enforced the appropriate measures to operate safely. Thorough and enhanced cleaning procedures have been implemented, particularly for hand-contact surfaces and in the toilet areas. We are using chemicals which have been advised are effective against viruses. To ensure we have a safe amount of people within the venue, we have also changed the layout of our tables to allow for physical distancing. We will be leaving our doors open whilst trading to assist with ventilation and making our air circulation as clean as it can be.

Our Customers

We ask our guests not to visit Archer Street if they are displaying any symptoms of COVID -19, however mild. On arrival, we ask guests to sanitize their hands before being seated, via our sanitizer stations, and will also be asked to have their temperature checked on arrival by a non-contact forehead thermometer. We will be operating table service only and will deliver all drinks on trays to your table. We kindly ask you or a guest in your party to take drinks from the tray. Your designated server will take the tray away when your drinks have been placed on your table. Contactless payments are encouraged where possible and we will be a card only bar for the foreseeable. We ask all of our guests to be vigilant with spatial awareness and adhere to a physical distance of 1m+ for your safety, your guests, our team and the community. If a guest of Archer Street does not adhere to these measures, they will be asked to leave the venue in the interest of others and the community.
