ARCHER STREET reserves the right of admission; we are not obliged to give a reason if entry is refused. ARCHER STREET is strictly an over 25’s venue. ID may be required on entry.
ARCHER STREET does not accept Stag or Hen parties.
DUTY OF CARE & RESPONSIBLE DRINKING
ARCHER STREET promotes responsible consumption of alcohol due to Health & Safety requirements in the venue and to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable experience in our establishment.
It is not acceptable at ARCHER STREET for a guest to behave in an aggressive manner or appear to be overly intoxicated. If you are requested to speak to a manager outside of the venue, this is for your own safety & the safety of other guests. Please respect that there are strict licensing protocols that we must adhere to and maintain.
If at any time during your visit you have an issue with another guest, please make our management team or security aware. Please do not deal with the matter yourself.
No guests are allowed to dance on our dancing tables with any glassware.
TABLE BOOKINGS AT ARCHER STREET
ARCHER STREET will provide you with an area to act as a base for your party, this area is not exclusive. Due to the nature of the bar, ARCHER STREET does not always provide seating for the entire party. ARCHER STREET cannot guarantee particular areas of the bar.
We require confirmation of definite numbers and a full guest list before your area can be reserved. This must be re-confirmed nearer the time of your booking or event.
CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT
On receiving your guest list, ARCHER STREET requires a card authentication of £15.00 to confirm the booking. For groups of 20 or more, a card authentication of £100.00 or £300.00 for groups of 30 or more is required. Please note our cancellation/no show policy will apply (see below). An email accepting these terms and conditions is required. Only when we receive the email and deposit will your booking be confirmed.
If the Client cancels their booking with ARCHER STREET:
(Groups of 6 people or more)
14 or more days before the event no charge will be made.
Less than 14 days before the event the client will be liable for the total of their deposit.
In the event of a no-show, the client will be liable for the total of their deposit.
(Groups of 20 people or more)
21 or more days before the event no charge will be made.
Less than 21 days before the event the client will be liable for the total of their deposit.
In the event of a no-show, the client will be liable for the total of their deposit
ARRIVING LATE FOR A RESERVATION
Please note ARCHER STREET reserves the right to cancel your booking in the event of guests arriving 30 minutes later than their reservation.
BRINGING YOUR OWN DRINKS/FOOD
ARCHER STREET does not allow guests to bring their own food, wine, champagne, spirits, fortified wines, soft drinks etc.
DRESS CODE/ DOOR CHARGE
The dress code is smart casual at ARCHER STREET. This means no sportswear, trainers, scruffy or ripped jeans, or shorts are acceptable.
A complimentary cloakroom is offered at ARCHER STREET. It is our policy that all large bags and coats must be checked in for the duration of your stay.
On Friday and Saturday nights after 9.30pm your guests will be liable to an entrance charge. At this time all priority entry ends and all guests would need to join the queue.
For those without a table reservation an entrance charge will be applied from 9pm on Friday and Saturday nights.
For all items left in the cloakroom or in the bar on the evening by yourself, or members of your party, these will be kept for a period of one month only. After this time, all items will be donated to charity.
A discretionary service charge of 12.5% is added to all food and drink served to you in your area by the ARCHER STREET singing team.
