Shannon is a recent musical theatre graduate and is so excited to share her love of music (and cocktails!) at Archer street. She loves a pop girlie moment, especially from the noughties and is already eyeing up the ‘love story’ cocktail. Shannon is a triple threat performer, usually found belting her heart out in the car and trying to teach her dog to sing.
