Terms and Conditions
  1. Eligibility
  • Applicants must be aged 18 or over before 1st March 2026.
  • Applicants must be legally entitled to live and work in the UK.
  • Archer Street’s Got Talent is open to singers, singer-songwriters and singer-musicians and vocal groups only.
  • Applicants must not be current or former performers employed by Archer Street Bars to ensure fairness and impartiality.
  1. Application Process
  • All applicants must complete the official application form and submit a performance video by the stated closing date.
  • Submitted materials must be the applicant’s own work and must not infringe any third-party rights.
  • Archer Street Bars reserves the right to reject or remove any application at its discretion.
  1. Auditions & Live Performances
  • Successful applicants will be invited to perform live at Archer Street, Soho.
  • Performance order, scheduling, and format will be determined by the Producer.
  • Applicants must be available for all required rehearsal and performance dates once confirmed.
  1. Judging & Competition Format
  • Decisions made by the judging panel and Producer are final and not subject to appeal.
  • Archer Street Bars reserves the right to amend the competition format, judging process, or prizes if necessary.
  1. Prizes
  • The overall winner will receive a £5,000 cash prize, subject to applicable tax obligations.
  • Additional career-driven incentives may be awarded at the discretion of Archer Street Bars and its partners.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated.
  1. Media & Promotion
  • By applying, applicants grant Archer Street Bars the right to photograph, film, and record performances.
  • Archer Street Bars may use this content for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across all media platforms without additional compensation.
  1. Conduct
  • Applicants are expected to behave professionally at all times.
  • Archer Street Bars reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour.
  1. Liability
  • Archer Street Bars accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury sustained during participation, except where caused by negligence.
  • Participants take part at their own risk.
  1. Data Protection
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and Archer Street Bars’ Privacy Policy.
  1. Acceptance
  • Submission of an application constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
