Participants Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Participants must be aged 18 or over.
Participants must be legally entitled to live and work in the UK.
Archer Street Unplugged And Archer Street’s Got Talent is open to singers, singer-songwriters, singer-musicians, and vocal groups only.
Sign-Up Process
All participants must complete the official sign-up process where applicable.
Performance slots are limited and allocated at the discretion of the event Producer.
Archer Street Bars reserves the right to refuse or remove any booking or participant at its discretion
Performances
Participants will be invited to perform live at Archer Street, Soho.
Performance order, set length, and scheduling are determined by the Producer on the night.
Participants must arrive on time and be ready when called to perform.
Failure to attend or late arrival may result in forfeiting the performance slot.
Content & Rights
Participants confirm that any material performed is their own or that they have the necessary rights or permissions to perform it.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their performance does not infringe any third-party rights.
Media & Promotion
By participating, performers grant Archer Street Bars the right to photograph, film, and record performances.
Archer Street Bars may use this content for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes in connection with Archer Street Unplugged and Archer Street’s Got Talent.
All original material remains the intellectual property of the performer.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Restriction
Archer Street Bars shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
(a) use any recorded performances for training, fine-tuning, or developing artificial intelligence or machine learning systems;
(b) upload or share performances with AI tools for content generation or analysis;
(c) create AI-generated or synthetic derivative works based on a performer’s content.
Any use beyond standard promotion requires prior written consent from the performer.
Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.
Archer Street Bars reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour.
Liability
Archer Street Bars accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury sustained during participation, except where caused by negligence.
Participants take part at their own risk.
Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and Archer Street Bars’ Privacy Policy.
Acceptance
Participation in Archer Street Unplugged constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
