TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note you may be put on a tall table with a couple of stools, this will act as a standing base for drinks and to encourage mingling & dancing.
Cancellation policy:
• For parties of up to 9 people, we require a 5 day minimum cancellation period, or your card authentication will be claimed.
• For parties of 10+, we require a 14 day minimum cancellation period, or your card authentication will be claimed.
• Any bookings that have paid minimum spends, this is non refundable and non-transferable once paid.
Right of Admission:
• Archer Street operates an over 25’s policy. We only mean to flatter when ID’s are requested on entry.
• Please respect our rights of admission; we are not obliged to give a reason if entry is refused.
• Archer Street loves celebrating and partying, however, we are not the venue for Stag or Hen parties. Any fancy dress or excessive party paraphernalia will be refused entry.
• Archer Street operates a smart dress code. Sportswear, flip flops, fancy dress, and ripped jeans are not permitted. Trainers are allowed, provided they are clean, smart, and fashion-oriented. Smart, tailored shorts are also permitted.
• Archer Street maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards rude or abusive behaviour. Entry may be refused at the discretion of management if such behaviour is observed upon arrival. The same applies to guests deemed excessively intoxicated.
Duty of care and responsible drinking:
• Archer Street promotes responsible consumption of alcohol due to Health & Safety requirements in the venue to ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable and safe experience in our establishment.
• It is not acceptable at Archer Street for a guest to behave in an aggressive manner or appear to be overly intoxicated. If you are requested to speak to a manager outside of the venue, this is for your own safety and the safety of other guests, furthermore for your safety this is recorded on CCTV. Please respect that there are strict licensing protocols that we must adhere to and maintain.
Seating:
• Particular areas cannot be guaranteed; to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, you must remain on the floor allocated to you for the duration of the evening. For example, if you are assigned to the lower ground floor, you are required to stay on that level. While area preferences may be requested, they cannot be guaranteed without a minimum spend.
• All of our areas are designed as flexible social spaces, with a mixture of seating and standing. As such, seating is not guaranteed for all guests within a party at the same time. This is to encourage dancing and mingling.
• Groups of up to 8 may be seated on one of our tall tables with a couple of stools.
Pre-Orders:
• All pre-orders must be placed and paid for in advance by contacting our office by telephone prior to your booking time and before office closing hours (6:00pm).
• Canapé orders via our caterer, Feast & Social, must be placed at least one month in advance. All payments are non-refundable once made. Cancellation charges apply as follows: 10% if cancelled within one month of the event, 50% if cancelled within 14 days of the event, and 100% if cancelled within 7 days of the event.
Arriving late for a reservation:
• All bookings have a 20 minute grace period. Archer Street reserves the right to cancel your booking and claim the pre-authentication charge in the event of guests arriving 20 minutes later than their reservation time. Our latest booking time is 9pm.
• On Friday and Saturday nights after 9.30pm your guests will be liable to an entrance charge. At this time all priority entry ends.
Adhering to booking guidelines:
• All members of the reservation party are expected to heed the Terms & Conditions outlined in this agreement, failure to abide by the Archer Street policies may result in removal of individuals or groups from the venue. Re-entry may be refused for any reason.
• Booking end times are specific and strictly enforced. Please be aware that tables and areas may be needed immediately upon the end of your booking time.
• While you have reserved a table/area, please be aware that Archer Street is a venue for dancing, mingling, and general merriment, and other guests may amalgamate into the space as the evening progresses and venue capacity is reached.
On the evening:
• We do not allow decorations or balloons on site. We do allow celebration cakes to be brought in. You are required to sign a disclaimer.
• Large bags, coats and shopping need to be checked in to our complimentary cloakroom at Archer Street. With live candles burning and guests dancing the night away, we need all large possessions away for the comfort of guests and to protect your belongings. Archer Street is not liable for the loss or theft of items left un-checked.
• Please note that a discretionary service charge of 12.5% is applied on all orders.
